Leveraging our Define – Design – Deliver, philosophy, not simply limited to the construction phase, our project programming & scheduling services facilitate an integrated project development and delivery which brings about effective control and optimum project time performance. Usually provided as an integral part of our project management service, Qcubed’ project programming and scheduling services are also available as a stand-alone service.

Our independent project monitoring and coordination services assist project manager’s to efficiently coordinate design, documentation and procurement as well as on-site construction and commissioning. Where appropriate, we can assist in the coordination of suppliers, shipping and customs authorities to support the timely delivery of materials, plant and equipment to site.

Our experienced project programmers provide accurate, objective and independent information vital to the sound management and direction of all phases of the project. We provide both longer term project schedules and short term implementation programmes in addition to on-going monitoring and liaison to ensure successful schedule implementation and the achievement of overall project time objectives.

We provide construction programming & scheduling services through each of the feasibility, design, pre-contract and construction phases of a project. The Qcubed’ programming team has experience with 4D Building Information Modelling (BIM), a wide range of project programming and information management software as well as the development of hybrid database and spreadsheet applications to meet specific management and reporting requirements.
